These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jlibet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlibet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from the jlibet platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used by jlibet.
• Use the jlibet name, logo, or brand assets in any public-facing communication, website, or application without explicit written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the jlibet website using automated tools for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jlibet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
